SkatOSWM

SkatOSWM is a very small window manager which centers all new windows on the
screen. This is the only supported feature. Perhaps it is very oversized to
even name it a window manager...


Requirements:

	SkatOSWM depends on X11 / XFree86 and Xlib (libX11). 
	It uses only Xlib functions so You do need no other X-libraries.
	To compile it You need a gcc compatible C compiler.
